We are a community resource, and as such we welcome anyone in the community. To ensure our safety, your safety, and to create a welcoming space for everyone, we request all members accept and respect the following rules, code of conduct, and regulations.

Eligibility:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

• Must reside within SE Portland tool library boundaries, *If you live outside this area, you can find your local tool library here. 

• Must present a current Photo ID and Proof of Address—e.g., driver's license, utility bill, rental agreement—to start borrowing tools.

• Must read and agree to the SEPTL Membership Agreement and Code of Conduct.

Note: Groups require special permission to join.

Rules & Regulations:

• Tools are due back 7 days after checkout. Late returns are subect to fines.

• Don't share your member number with others.

• Do no allow anyone else to use the tools you borrow.

• Only use tools that you feel SAFE using.

• Tools may ONLY be used for non-commercial purposes.

• Tools cannot be reserved or held on a waiting list.
