HISTORY
The South East Portland Tool library was started with the help of many volunteers as a community resource for the south east Portland neighborhood.

We can not accept any extenuating circumstances as a reason for you not to return a tool on time, so perhaps ask a friend or neighbor to return the tool if possible.

Tool libraries (and all libraries, really) are a powerful resource for the community. If you’re thinking about starting a library of your own, here are some resources that will help you learn about what is involved in starting and operating a tool library:
