HISTORY
The South East Portland Tool library was started with the help of many volunteers as a community resource for the south east Portland neighborhood.

We can not accept any extenuating circumstances as a reason for you not to return a tool on time, so perhaps ask a friend or neighbor to return the tool if possible.
