Tool Library- Location: at the corner of SE 28th Place and Harrison, in the St David’s Episcopal Church, in Southeast Portland, Oregon.
- Hours: Saturdays 9am – 2pm & Tuesdays 5:30 – 7pm

- Questions about the tool library? Have tools or equipment, in working condition, to donate (please read about donations)? Interested in volunteering? We want to hear from you! Please keep in mind that the SE Tool Library is a volunteer-run effort, so it may take a few days to get a reply.
Please note that:
- we can not be contacted by phone
- we can not accept any extenuating circumstances as a reason for you not to return a tool on time, so perhaps ask a friend or neighbor to return the tool if possible.
- no, you can not use a tool “just for 5 minutes” at the library, sorry.
- it’ll take a day or two, or three, to get back to you!.
